Terms of Service

StreamQuota provides a managed Twitch campaign service for indie game developers and brands. We source creators, coordinate campaign execution, and provide campaign reporting.

StreamQuota is not a self-serve task marketplace. Public users cannot post or claim campaign tasks directly.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use StreamQuota.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• Streamers must connect through Twitch OAuth for verification.

Certain pages and workflows require authentication. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.

Campaign requests are submitted for review. StreamQuota may accept, reject, or request edits to any campaign brief at our discretion.

Pricing, payment structure, and fees are disclosed during onboarding and/or campaign scoping. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are in USD.

Sponsored content must comply with applicable advertising laws and FTC disclosure guidance. Streamers and brands are responsible for lawful disclosures in their jurisdictions.

• No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• No attempts to circumvent platform controls or abuse internal workflows.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation.

Each party retains ownership of its own content and trademarks. You grant StreamQuota limited rights necessary to operate and deliver the managed service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamQuota disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud risk, legal risk, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
